Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten the threads into the panels. Hardware Required: Cam Bolt x3 ASSEMBLY NOTE: Use a Phillips- head screwdriver to tighten each Cam Bolt you install until its threads are fully inserted.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY Install the Drawer Runners on the Left and Right Dividers BACK BACK FRONT FRONT Fully extend the runner to uncover the mounting holes. After attaching the runner to the panel, push runner back into the closed position. Fully extend one Runner and align the inner section along the 3 small holes on the Left Divider. Verify that the orientation of the Runner matches the diagram, then fasten the Runner to the Divider using 3 Screws positioned as shown.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY Slide the Bottom Backer Panel into the groove behind the Runners Place Dowels in the 2 center-most holes in the bottom edges of both the Left and Right Dividers Insert the installed Dowels into the corresponding holes on the top of the Base Panel Secure the components together by inserting 4 Screws...
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY Attach the Door Rail to the Top Face Frame using 3 Hex Bolts . Use the Hex Wrench tighten each Hex Bolt. Hex Bolt (6x18mm) x3 Hardware Required: Hex Wrench Insert 2 Dowels into the each end of the Top Face Frame .
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY Insert 11 Dowels in the top edges of the Left Side , Center Panel , Right Side and Top Face Frames Lower the Top Panel into place by inserting the Cam Bolts into the top edges of the vertical panels.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY Slide the Drawer Bottom into place in the groove in the drawer panels. Insert the Cam Bolts in the Drawer Front into the front edges of the Drawer Sides. Secure by inserting a Cam Nut into each of the adjoining holes on the outside of the Drawer Sides.
