Use a Phillips-head head screwdriver to tighten each screwdriver to tighten the threads into the Cam Bolt you install until its panels.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY Install the Drawer Runners on the Left Side and Middle Panel Fully extend one Runner and align the inner section along one set of 3 small holes on the Left Side as shown. Verify that the orientation of the Runner matches the diagram, then fasten the Runner to the Divider using 3 Screws positioned as shown.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY Place Dowels in the 2 holes between the Cam Bolts already installed in the Center Panel Insert the Cam Bolts and Dowels into the corresponding holes in the edge of the Shelf shown. Secure by inserting a Cam Nut into each of the adjoining holes in the underside of the Shelf.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY Attach each Door Rail to a Top Face Frame using 3 Hex Bolts . Use the Hex Wrench tighten each Hex Bolt. Hex Bolt (6x18mm) x6 Hardware Required: Hex Wrench Insert 2 Dowels into the each end of both Top Face Frames .
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY Insert 10 Dowels in the top edges of the Left Side , Center Panel , Right Side and Top Face Frames Lower the Top Panel into place by inserting the Cam Bolts into the top edges of the vertical panels. Secure by inserting a Cam Nut into each of the adjoining holes near the tops of the vertical panels.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY Slide the Drawer Bottom into place in the groove in the drawer panels. Insert the Cam Bolts in the Drawer Front into the front edges of the Drawer Sides. Secure by inserting a Cam Nut into each of the adjoining holes on the outside of the Drawer Sides.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY Insert a Track Pin into place in the center of the top edge of each Bottom Face Frame F. Hardware Required: Track Pin x2 BACK SIDE FRONT SIDE Attach a Handle to each Door using 2 Screw Bolts Attach 2 Hanger Rollers to each Door as shown using 2 Screws per Roller.
- Page 12 ASSEMBLY Hang each Door by resting the wheels of the Roller Hangers on top of the Door Rail and settling the track on the bottom edge of the door onto the Track Pin FRONT SIDE BACK SIDE Secure each Roller Hanger to the Door Rail by inserting a Screw Bolt as shown.
