RRU-WEM/1158 Introduction RRU-WEM/1158 is a compact WTB / ethernet / MVB gateway. WTB gateway is mounted into the 19” subrack, or it could be mounted into other suitable frame structure. WTB gateway contains one doubled WTB interface and one doubled MVB interface.

10 Mounting, installation rules 10.1 Mounting instructions WTB gateway RRU-WEM/1158 is supplied for installation into 19“ subrack. After the installation in to the rack, WTB gateway must be fixated with four screws in plastic sleeves in corners of the WTB gateway. Screws must be fixated by thread glue.

It is very important to ensure that ambient temperature does not exceed the allowed limits. At the same time it is necessary to ensure that the heat radiating equipment located nearby does not cause exceeding of these limiting temperatures.

Cleaning Regarding the way of how WTB gateway is used, time to time, it is necessary to clean the dust from the inside of the equipment. The WTB gateway can be cleaned in cut-off state and disassembled, by dry paintbrush or fine brush, alternatively by vacuum cleaner.
RRU-WEM/1158 15 Waste disposal Electronics The disposal of electronics is subject to the regulations on handling electrical disposal waste. Unit must not be disposed together with common public waste. It must be delivered to places specified for that purpose and recycled.
