VISUAL DIAGNOSTICS CONTROL BOX
The control box supplied features a diagnostics function through which any causes of malfunctioning can
be identified (indicator: RED LED signal).
To use this function, you must press and hold the reset button for at least 3 seconds once it has entered the
safety condition (lockout).
The control box generates a sequence of led pulses, which is repeated at constant 2-second intervals.

press reset for 3 sec.
The sequence of led pulses issued by the control box identifies the possible types of malfunction, which are
listed in the table below.

To reset the control box after the diagnostics display, press the lockout-reset button.

The flame does not stabilise at the end of the safety time:
– faulty ionisation probe;
– faulty gas valve;
– neutral/phase inverted;
– faulty ignition transformer;
– poor burner adjustment (insufficient gas).
Min. air pressure switch does not close or is already closed before the limit ther-
mostat closing:
– air pressure switch faulty;
– air pressure switch incorrectly regulated;
Flame presence:
– after closing the limit thermostat;
– during pre-purging.
Air pressure drop:
– during pre-purging;
– during safety or operating time.
Disappearance of the flame 4 times during operation:
– poor burner adjustment (insufficient gas);
– faulty ionisation probe;
– faulty gas valve;
– short circuit between ionisation probe and earth.
