Low load (minimum cooling
capacity exceeds the heat load
in the room)
Compressor/fan speed is set to
fixed
Condenser signal wiring
disconnected
High humidity environment
Cooling In-Row Cooler not
dehumidifying
Dry environment
Cooling In-Row Cooler
dehumidifying
Leak in drain pan
Leak in condensate connection
or drainage tube
Fan blowing moisture off
evaporator coil
Leak from adjacent equipment/
room
Drain pan overflow
Displaced evaporator
Action(s)
Adjust airflow limit in factory menu to highest value
Add more cooling devices
Move heat-generating equipment closer to cooling In-Row
Cooler
Add aisle containment or attempt to redirect airflow
Ensure group connection is set up properly
Check for refrigerant leaks, replace necessary components
Add more refrigerant
Ensure front and/or side discharge airflow vents do not
have obstructions and are configured properly
Raise the upper limit of the temperature band or reset
compressor/fan speed to auto
Ensure condenser signal wiring is still intact
If none of these solutions work, check for component
failure within the refrigeration circuit
If multiple cooling In-Row Coolers are on, turn off
additional cooling In-Row Coolers by either ensuring group
control is configured properly or manually putting In-Row
Cooler(s) into standby.
Add more thermal load by adding more equipment or
artificial heat (heat banks)
If none of these solutions work, check for component
failure within the refrigeration circuit
Lower the lower limit of the temperature band or reset
compressor/fan speed to auto
Ensure condenser signal wiring is still intact
If none of these solutions work, check for component
failure within the refrigeration circuit
Install vapor barrier
Or wait for high humidity conditions to pass
Ensure condensate management system is operational
Add humidification in the IT space
Or adjust the lower humidity limit and wait for the dry
humidity conditions to pass
Check that In-Row Cooler is not cooling below the
setpoint.
Report any issues if yes.
Repair
Repair
