E3 When the adjustment data was checked, an error was
E9 detected. (The adjustment data may not be written.)
NOTE:
Flash Memory is IC701.
Symptom

NOTE:
DSP is IC501.
1. Check the peripheral circuit of Flash Memory visually.
2. Confirm that the voltage is added to the power supply pin.
If no voltage is detected, replace the Flash Memory because it
might be defect.
3. Solder the Flash Memory again.
