5. Warranty

Launch warrants its customer against any defects in workmanship and
material of this product for 1 year after the date of delivery. Final judgment of
defects shall be made by LAUNCH in accordance with procedures established
by LAUNCH. No agent, employee, or representative of LAUNCH has any
authority to bind LAUNCH to any affirmation, representation, or warranty
concerning LAUNCH automotive meters, except as stated herein. The
exclusive remedy for all automotive meters found to be defective is to repair
or replace, and LAUNCH has no liability for any consequential or incidental
