1 Introduction
T h e G 3 F -A D 3 A , G 4 F -A D 3 A , a n d G 6 F-AD2A modules are analog-t o-di gital conversion
modules for use with the GLOFA PLC GM1/2/3/4/ 6 series and M A S T E R -K P L C
K 2 0 0 S / 3 0 0 S /1000S series. The G3F -A D 3 A i s u s e d w ith G M 1 / 2 /3 series and K1000S
series, G 4 F -A D 3 A is used with GM4 series and K300S series, and G6F-A D 2 A i s used
w ith GM6 series and K200S seri es. (Hereafter the G3F-A D 3 A , G 4 F -A D 3 A , a n d G 6 F-
A D 2 A m o d u les are called as the A/D conversion m o d u l e)
The A/D conversion m o d u l e is to convert an analog input sig nal (voltage or current) from
external devices into a 12-bi t si gned binary digital value.

1.1 Features

1) M u l t i -channel analog to digital conversion is possible with a single A/D m o d u l e.

2) The select of voltage input or current input is possible by channel of A/D m o d u le.
3) The unl i m i t ed num ber of A/D m o d u les can be m ounted on a base board.
The m axim u m n u m b e r o f A/D m o d u les depends on the power capacity of power supply
m o d u le.( In case of use to the G6F-AD2A with G6F -DA2V and G6F -D A 2 I , i t i s depends
on the power capacity of the GM6-PAFB)
