Please be informed that new software, version 3.03 build 021, for the
SAILOR 1000 XTR Ku 8W, SAILOR 1000 XTR Ku 16W, and SAILOR 1000 XTR Ku in Dual
ADU, has been released.
Priority:
High: It is highly recommended to apply this change / initiative to all systems.
Changes from SW ver. 3.00B019 to SW version 3.03B021
High lights:
Support for SAILOR 1000 XTR Ku in Dual ADU installations.
Support for IoT.
Support for new encoders.
Related bug fixes:
Axis calibration
In case of failure no event is generated.

Azimuth Calibration
The satellite position cannot be specified with "E" & "W", you must use

"+" & "-".
Satellite drop-down menu missing.

No verification of correct tracking frequency.

Heading is not displayed in the range 0 – 360 degrees, but using +/- 180

- Page 2 Function might fail due to failure opening the data file. Not possible to define a full blocking zone 0 – 360 degrees. Cable Calibration While ongoing, no progress bar is displayed. TX signal bar does not indicate the calibration signal. The system might reboots upon completion of the cable calibration.
- Page 3 Known limitations: This SW release does unfortunately contain some known functional limitations and issues, especially in the Web server interface: Web interface and settings If the Operator tries to make a secure connection to the Web interface using HTTPS the Browser (Firefox, Edge) might reject the connection due to non- supported certificate.
- Page 4 System start-up can in some cases fail and the system will enter Safe Mode. In this case the Operator must power cycle (restart) the system. Azimuth Calibration Conduction azimuth calibration using “automate” setting using input from the Modem might fail or never complete. The Operator should use the “manual” setting.
