Utilizatorul a acestui produs este de

aşteaptă să efectueze controale periodice
de precizie produsului şi performanţa

săi, îşi asumă nici o responsabilitate a
rezultatelor de utilizare defectuoasă sau
cu intenţie sau abuz, inclusiv orice paguba
directa, indirecta, în consecinţă, şi
pierderea de profit.Fabricantul, sau
reprezentanţii săi, îşi asumă nici o
responsabilitate pentru daune indirecte, şi
pierderi de profit de orice dezastru
(cutremur, furtuna, inundatii, etc),

responsabilitate pentru daunele cauzate
de mişcarea greşit sau o acţiune din
cauza conectarea cu alte produse.
