V-belt
- Remove bearing with guard, see
chapter 3.1.
• Unscrew the screws of the
starter cover.
• Remove starter cover.
• Remove V-belt from V-belt pulley.
The parts are reassembled in
reverse order.
Note: The screws of the starter
cover must be tightened with a
torque of 6 Nm.

V-belt pulley /
clutch drum
- Remove V-belt, see chapter 3.3.
- Remove starter wheel, see
chapter 7.3.
• Draw V-belt pulley off crankshaft
stub.
• Check clutch drum; it must not be
scored or severely worn, otherwise
the V-belt pulley must be replaced.
• Remove circlip.
• Force out ball bearing with drift
pin (1).
• Draw ring off crankshaft stub.
The parts are reassembled in
reverse order.
Note: The ball bearing must be
pressed in as far as possible with
drift pin (1).
