PANNORAMIC® CONFOCAL RX 1.0
Virtual slides show poor stitching in Pannoramic® Viewer.
• Scan camera is not properly adjusted (for example, due to loose fixture).
o
Contact 3DHISTECH Service for support.
Slide is often positioned incorrectly.
• Guiding fault in transport system
o
Contact 3DHISTECH Service for support.
Digitization process is extremely slow.
• Extended focusing option is activated.
o
Deactivate the Extended focusing option if not required.
• Z-stack option is activated.
o
Deactivate the Z-stack option if not required.
Image is out of focus (in Manual mode)
• Focus range limit is activated.
o
Deactivate the Limiting focus range option.
• Focus range setting is incorrect.
o
Change focus range setting.
All individual images show a shading effect.
• Algorithm failed to find empty image fields.
o
Capture a reference image with a blank slide.

The switching of the Lumencor cannot be triggered, despite trigger connection through the
camera.

No suitable exposure time can be found. Signal is too weak.
