SlideDriver Product description The SlideDriver is a 3-axis control element, which is suitable both for rapid movement of the stage and sensitive positioning in the sub-µ range. The adjustable coaxial drive allows for ergonomic adjustment of friction and height. The function keys arranged on both sides facilitate operation for left-handed and right-handed operation.

SlideDriver Operation 3.1 Coaxial drive Y-axis: Turn the Y-knob (1) to move samples in the Y- direction. X-axis: Turn the X-knob (2) to move samples in the X- direction. 3.2 Z-stack wheel The Z-stack wheel (1) serves for fine adjustment of the Z-focus.
The ratchet wheel (1) serves for coarse adjustment of the Z-focus. 12 predefined settings are available. The current alignment can be read off at the SlideDriver from the right and left side, each time below the arrow. Turn the ratchet wheel to the right and/or left side until the desired setting.
Warning! Possible damage of the device by liquid entry! Make sure that no liquids can enter the inside of the SlideDriver. Protect the connector on the rear side of the SlideDriver from liquids. Clean the SlideDriver with a lint-free cleaning cloth. In case of increased pollution, slightly moisten the cloth with water or a mild, solvent-free disinfection/cleaning agent.
