D. Linkage

Select Link control from the pull-down list and click the command button to open the

dialog box shown in Figure 5-5 where you can set the linkage.

Select Automatic for automatic linkage, Manual A for Fixed to A system, and Manual

B for Fixed to B system.

(9) Scan transmission setting

Starts/stops scan transmission. Appropriate settings must be made in order to start

scan transmission. The procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Start the driver

Step 2: Set the scan cycle

Step 3: Set the scan talker block

Step 4: Select the linkage (optional, this may be left to the default automatic linkage)

Select the card to access when two JTNI cards are installed. Always select 0 if only

one card is installed.
