2. Adjustment procedures

2-1. Power Supply Voltage
Adjustment
Board MAIN BOARD, SUB2 BOARD
Spec 9.5V+/-0.05V
TP IC201 4pin [SUB2 BOARD]
Adjust RV401 (+9.5V ADJ.) [MAIN BOARD]
M.EQ D.V.M
1. Adjust RV401 so that the voltage at IC201 4pin is
within the specification.
2-2. V Hold Adjustment
Board SUB1 BOARD
Spec 55Hz+/-0.5Hz
TP CN102 2pin
Adjust RV105 (V-HOLD)
M.EQ Frequency Counter
1. Adjust RV105 so that the Frequency at CN102 2pin
is within the specification.

2-3. H Hold Adjustment

Board MAIN BOARD, SUB1 BOARD
Spec 33.75kHz+/-0.05kHz
TP CN501 2pin [MAIN BOARD]
Adjust RV103 (H-HOLD) [SUB1 BOARD]
M.EQ Frequency Counter
1. Adjust RV103 so that the Frequency at CN501 2pin
is within the specification.

2-4. H Duty Adjustment

Board SUB1 BOARD
Spec T = 2.75 us+/-0.25us
TP CN101B 7pin
RV104 (H-DUTY)
Adjust
M.EQ Oscilloscope
1. Set the BRIGHT, CONTRAST and PEAKING knobs
to Minimum level.
2. Turn RV104 fully counterclockwise.
3. Adjust RV104 so that the duty (T) at CN101B 7pin is
within the specification.
NOTE:
If the duty (T) is adjusted to 2.5us or less, High voltage
protection circuits may work.
In that case, turn power off and turn RV104 fully
counterclockwise then turn power on again.

2-5. H Picture Position Adjustment

Board SUB1 BOARD
Spec CENTER (A = B)
Chart Resolution chart
TP EVF picture, TV Monitor
RV101 (H-SHIFT)
Adjust
1. Connect VIDEO OUT of Camera (-recorder) to TV
Monitor.
2. Aim Camera (-recorder) at "Resolution chart" then
adjust zoom and focus so that the full-size picture is
displayed on TV Monitor.
3. Adjust RV101 so that the picture horizontal position
on screen of EVF is within the specification.
