Demo Mode
Certain versions of this firebox are equipped with a demo
mode where the unit cycles through several functions. The
demo mode is activated by pressing and holding the tem-
perature and brightness buttons for 2 seconds. In demo
mode, the display remains lit and none of the remote or on-
unit controls work. When power is cut to the unit and then
restored, the unit remains in demo mode.

Ensure that there is sufficient space
around the firebox. Install feet if nec-
essary.
Ensure that the exterior intake louvers
and firebox cavity are free of dust/
debris

Replace heater assembly
Ensure that the flicker rod is straight
and mounted properly in the bracket;
and spinning freely away from other
components. Replace the flicker rod if
necessary.
