7.3

Opening the burner

Turn off the burner's power supply using the main
system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.
7.4

Closing the burner

Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.
 Secure screws 2) with a tightening torque of 250 ÷ 300 Nm.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or
checking operations, reassemble the cover and
all the safety and protection devices of the burner.
Maintenance
 Disconnect the socket 3) of the gas servomotor.
 Disconnect the electrode cable from the gas pressure switch
1)(Fig. 38).
 Disconnect the socket flame sensor.
 Disconnect the electrode cable 4) from the transformer 5)
and extracting it by unscrewing the connector 6).
 Remove the screws 2).
At this point, it is possible to open the burner on the hinge.
