缝线的张力要根据缝料的差别，缝线的粗细
以及其他一些因素变动。
实际使用中，是根据缝纫出来的线迹，来调
整底、面线的张力，使之得到正常的线迹。
底线张力调整，只要用小号螺钉起子旋转梭
心套上梭皮螺钉（A）加大或减小底线压力即可。
一般来说，底线如果用 50＃涤纶线， 梭心
装入梭心套后，拉出缝线穿过梭心套线孔，捏住
线头吊起梭心套， 梭心套则能缓缓下落，就可以
使用。
面线张力以底线张力为基础。面线张力调
整， 主要变换夹线组件中挑线簧张力， 挑线簧
摆动幅度， 夹线簧张力及线勾的位置等。
