- Page 6 SIPLUS CMS X-Tools - Release Notes SIPLUS CMS Release Notes Microsoft IEEE1394 Hotfix On some computers with Windows XP SP2 or Windows XP SP3 it has been observed that Windows does not recognize the detach of IEEE1394b devices, like IFNs or RPNs. In the error case, the Device Manager of Win- dows still shows the detached devices as to-be-present and accordingly also X-Tools can not recognize the detach.
