Caution:
The jumpers shall be bent in a natural manner. The bending radius shall be 20 times longer than the
jumper diameter. The cable ties shall be wound in the same way. When cutting the cable ties, there shall
be a slack of 5–10 mm left lest the cable ties fall off the jumper due to temperature change.
6) Hang over the dwang of the support installed with antenna out of the tower
platform, use bolts to fix the connecting panel.
Note:
If there is no guardrail on the tower platform, set up an access board across the arms of two supports
using a secure wood board so as to form a working platform for the installation personnel. This further
guarantees the security to the operating personnel fixing the antenna with the feeder. After fixing the
antenna with the feeder on one side, change the location of the wood board on the support arms to fix
other antennas with other feeders.

2.8 Installing Directional Antennas on Tower Platform

This section describes the installation method of directional antenna on tower
platform.
Warn:
To guarantee the project quality and the safety of constructors, the installation shall be carried out on the
sunny days without strong wind. During the installation especially the antenna installation, the installing
personnel shall attach highly importance to the safety and implement the related safety regulations.

2.8.1 Appearance of Installed Directional Antennas on Tower Platform

The installation of the directional antennas on the tower platform is shown in Figure 2-
