Step 14
Important: Study and following the diagram and below Cable Loop Diagram carefully:
a. Feed ring side of the Lower cable (40)
through the lower opening of the Leg
developer (9). Attach one Pulley (65) into the
opening using one M10 x 63mm Allen bolt
(82), two Ø22 x 12mm Washers (73) and one
M10 Aircraft nut (95).
b. Draw the cable backward of the machine,
attach one Pulley (65) on the cable and fixing
the Pulley to the bracket on the front side of
the Base frame (1) using one M10 x 45mm
Allen bolt (79), two Ø10mm Washers (93)
and one M10 Aircraft nut (95).
c. Draw the cable backward of the machine
through the lower opening of the Upright
support (3), attach one Pulley (65) on the
Cable and fix the Pulley to the Bracket on the
rear of the opening using one M10 x 45mm
Allen Bolt (79), two Ø10mm Washers (93)
and one M10 Aircraft nut (95).
d. Draw the cable upward, Place one Pulley
(65) under the cable and fit Pulley cover (66)
over the pulley and the cable, attach the
pulley assembly to the another side of
Cross pulley bracket (20) ( Which in the step
13 procedure c ) using one M10X45mm
Allen bolt (79), two Ø10mm Washers (93)
and one M10 Aircraft nut (95).
e. Draw the cable downward, place one
Pulley (65) over the cable and attach the
pulley to the bracket on the rear side of the
Base frame (1) using one M10X45mm Allen
Bolt (79), two Ø10mm Washers (93) and one
M10 Aircraft nut (95).
f. Attach one Pulley under the Cable and fit
Pulley cover (66) over the Pulley, attach the
Pulley assembly to lower side of the Double
floating pulley bracket (28), ( which in the
Step 13 procedure 12 ), Line up the holes
and fix using one M10X45mm Allen Bolt (79),
two Ø10mm Washers (93) and one M10
Aircraft nut (95).
Note: Select the holes on the Double pulley
bracket (28) can adjust the tension of Cable
system.
g. Attach the end of the Cable to the bracket
on the mid of the Upright support (3) using
one M10 X 25mm Allen bolts (84), Ø10mm
Washer(93) and one M10 Aircraft nut (95).
