The grill is now fully assembled and it is time to season the grill. The seasoning process is an important part of preparing your grill for use.

    MAINTENANCE ASH REMOVAL Open the service panel by removing the four screws. Note: Allow the unit to cool to ambient temperature before inspecting or cleaning the grill. Use an ash vacuum to remove ashes from the burn pot and the bottom of the grill’s body. We suggest using the AV15E AshVac vacuum.
