    SHUTDOWN SEQUENCE 1. When you are ready to turn the grill off, make sure the searing station is off. The light will be off when the searing station is off. 2. Press the “Power” button. 3. The display will go blank and the grill will enter a shutdown mode. During the shutdown mode the blower will continue to run until the grill has reached a safe temperature.

The maintenance schedule must be adjusted based on use to insure proper operation and maximum efficiency of your pellet grill. When you are performing any maintenance on your grill, make sure the unit has been turned off.

    DISPOSAL OF ASHES ASHES SHOULD BE PLACED IN A METAL CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT-FITTIMG LID. THE CLOSED CONTAINER OF ASHES SHOULD BE PLACED ON A NON-COMBUSTIBLE FLOOR OR ON THE GROUND, AT LEAST 25 FEET FROM ANY COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS, PENDING FINAL DISPOSAL. WHEN THE ASHES ARE DISPOSED BY BURIAL IN SOIL OR OTHERWISE LOCALLY DISPERSED, THE ASHES SHOULD BE RETAINED IN A CLOSED CONTAINER UNTIL ALL CINDERS HAVE THOROUGHLY COOLED.
