STANDARD SHUTDOWN SEQUENCE 1. When you are ready to turn the grill off, make sure the searing station is off. The light will be off when the searing station is off. 2. Press the “Power” button. 3. The display will go blank and the grill will enter a shutdown mode where the blower will continue to run until it has reached a safe temperature. -
