    STANDARD SHUTDOWN SEQUENCE 1. When you are ready to turn the grill off, make sure the searing station is off. The light will be off when the searing station is off. 2. Press the “Power” button. 3. The display will go blank and the grill will enter a shutdown mode where the blower will continue to run until it has reached a safe temperature.

    Maintenance Failure to clean and maintain this unit as indicated may result in poor performance and hazardous situations. The maintenance schedule must be adjusted based on use to insure proper operation and maximum efficiency of your pellet grill. When you are performing any maintenance on your grill, make sure the unit has been turned off, allowing full shutdown sequence, and then unplugged from the power source.
