Start-up record
The solar system of:
has been started up, while taking the following points
into consideration:
1. INSTALLATION
Anchor secured according to regulations
Solar line cabled with equipotential bonding
Roof covering reapplied as prescribed after positioning the anchors
Roof membrane not damaged
Collectors' sheet covering removed
Blow-off line installed at the expansion relief valve in the solar circuit
Catch vessel (empty canister) placed below blow-off cable
Blow-off line installed at expansion relief valve on hot water side and
connected to waste water
Magnesium protection anode in combi cylinder checked: Cable connections
o.k.
Thermostat mixer installed
2. START-UP
System filled with prescribed solar liquid
Solar circuit washed out with solar liquid
Solar circuit pressure tested, incl. leakage check on screw couplings
Sealing of stuffing boxes on the stop cock and the combined filling and
emptying valve tested
(retighten union nut if necessary)
Combined filling and emptying valves tightened
DHW cylinder bled
Heating circuit bled
