10. Run SETUP to enable the External Cache option and
c h e c k t h a t t h e S y s t e m s h a d o w a n d V i d e o s h a d o w
options are enabled. You select these options from the
Memory Cache and Memory Shadow options on the
Advanced System Setup menu. (See Chapter 1.)

Upgrading the Microprocessor

You can upgrade your computer by replacing the
microprocessor with a faster one. The following table lists the
microprocessors, their voltages, and other components you can
install in your system.
