Assembly.
Replace IC2804.
Check the periphery between Pin(1,7) of IC2804
and the audio terminal (JK2805), and service it if
defective.
Are the audio signals outputted to Pin(4,14) of
IC2406?

Are Pin(9,10,11) of IC2406 become "L" level?

Replace IC2406.
