07-1. Points to consider when selecting a pickup nozzle
Select a pickup nozzle with a suction area that demonstrates a theoretical lifting force
at least 10 times
Theoretical lifting force (g) = Vacuum pressure (mmHG) /760 x 1.033 x Nozzle area

Example of machine vacuum pressure setting: 480–520 mmHg
■Picking up the connector
(1) The suction area on the connector is 1.60 mm in the shorter direction.
(2) When picking up the connector, please pay attention that the nozzle do not touch
the lever. Make sure that the nozzle is in the right place. Otherwise, it may cause
suction failure.
