ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: SPT15157LED
1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Place the metal shade (C) over the socket (B) and
tighten with the socket ring (D) securing the metal
shade in place.
Recommended (1) maximum 560LM LED Bulb
(Bulb included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
*SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
