ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: SPA11192
1.
Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2.
Top attach the shade (C), rest the shade ring on top of
the socket (B).
3.
Insert bulb into socket (B).
This will hold the shade in place.
Uses (1) Maximum 60WATT Type "B" Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
