Failure Display and Inspection

The induction hob is equipped with a self diagnostic function. With this test the technician is able to check the
function of several components without disassembling or dismounting the hob from the working surface.
Troubleshooting
For zone 1 & 2
Problem Possible causes
E1,E2,E7,C1 Temperature sensor failure
E3,E4 Temperature sensor of the IGBT failure.
EU The connection between the display
board and the main board is fail
EL,EH Abnormal supply voltage
C3 Temperature sensor of the ceramic glass
plate Is high
C2
Temperature sensor of the IGBT Is high
For zone 3 & 4
1) Failure code occur during customer using & Solution;

What to do
Please contact the supplier.

Please inspect whether power supply is

Touch "ON/OFF" button to restart
unit.
Wait for the temperature of IGBT
return to normal.
Touch "ON/OFF" button to restart

Check whether the fan runs
smoothly; if not, replace the fan.
Check the connection or replace
the ceramic plate temperature
sensor.
Replace the power board.
