continue through the Quick Set Menu and manipulate another
function, press and release MODE until the appropriate icon is
displayed .
FLAG LOCK TECHNOLOGY
Flag Lock technology is always activated and will identify the pin
from the obstacles around it, like trees and bushes, and use the
information to accurately locate and lock on to the pin . When
your GX-2c rangefinder locks on to the pin, the lock icon will
illuminate and the display will lock . Once locked, it is possible
for the display to update if the unit finds a closer target, but this
will only occur if the obstacles behind the flag match the same
smart algorithm used to identify the flag . Other brands leave
you guessing if you're locked on to the pin or the tree behind it,
but our intelligent Flag Lock technology is designed to calculate
multiple ranges in order to identify and lock on to the flag the
first time, every time . The GX-2c eliminates the guesswork and
guarantees an accurate range to the pin .
PRISM LOCK BEEP
Prism Lock is always activated and will automatically detect
the presence of prisms in course features when scanning at a
distance of 30 yards or greater . When using Scan Mode to range
a course feature with integral prisms, your GX rangefinder, will
