Manual Rotation Installation

(For all tractor models except B2320, B2620, B2920, B2301 & B2601. See page 13 for those
models)
1. Figure 2a: Attach the handle support (item
2) to the valve stay:
- If the upper part of the valve stay is
bolted with M6 x 1.00 x 16mm lg bolts
and two 6mm lockwashers (item 1),
remove them and attach the handle
support (item 2) using the two M6 x 1.00
x 20mm lg
lockwashers previously removed and the
two 5/16" flat washers (items 4-5-6).
The two M6 x 1.00 x 16mm lg hex. bolts
will no longer be used.
- In all other cases, attach the handle
support with the top 2 existing bolts
(item 1).
2. Figure 2a: Insert the plastic grommet
(item 3) in the hole in the support.
3. Figure 2b: Insert the universal joint end of
the rotation rod (item 1) in the rotation
worm (item 2), and secure with a 10-24 x
1" allen setscrew and 10-24 nylon insert
locknut (items 7-8). Attach the rotation tube
(item 3) to the coupling rod (item 4) then to
the rotation rod (item 1) using two 10-24 x
1" allen setscrews and 10-24 nylon insert
locknuts (items 7-8).

4. Figure 2b: Install the plastic handle
(item 6) on the rotation handle (item 5) and
insert handle in the handle support (fig. 2a,
item 2), and then in the rotation tube
(item 3) and secure in one of the holes with
the snap button.
