Remove the ignition coil (D6)
before removing the flywheel.
Clean
crankshaft
before reassembling

Use a commercially available flywheel
puller to remove the flywheel. Avoid the
magnetic section of the flywheel when
attaching the puller. DO NOT hit the fly-
wheel with a hammer.

when removing fan be
careful not to damage the
fan blades.
when reassembling fan align
the four lugs on the rear side of
the fan with the small holes in the
flywheel.

noTE: Place a screw
driver through slots in
starter pulley (A6) to hold
in place while loosening
nut (Z5).
