TRIPOD SETUP Before taking your tripod on location, take a moment to familiarize yourself with its operations. Extending Legs Turn lock knobs counter-clockwise until in the unlocked position. Extend legs to desired position and turn clockwise to lock. The lever will be in a horizontal position as a visual lock indication, as well as indication lock symbol.

ADJUSTING SPREADER The spreader can be used in the mid-level position, ground-level, or no-spreader configurations. Warning: take precautions when using the sticks without a spreader, as the legs may splay unexpectedly. The length of the spreader can be adjusted by loosening the gray lock knobs. Note: When the spreader is on the ground-level position, the knurled spreader knobs can be turned with your feet.

PLATFORM FEET Use the platform feet to prevent the spike feet from damaging flooring. The platform feet are also great for use on sandy or snowy surfaces, and grip well on most flat surfaces. The feet can articulate on the spike foot to accommodate uneven surfaces.
