Test and confirm LED – Light Head is working prior to locking into waterfall
niche.
10. Using supplied O-ring lubricant; apply the lubricant to both O-ring's on the
outside of light and corresponding socket. Note: The light wil NOT install
without the lubricant.
11. Place the supplied light installation tool over the top of the light, insert the light
using pressure until the keys on the light press into the keyway, then twist and
lock turning clock-wise 90 degrees until you feel the stop point. Lift the tool
striaght out. This indicates the light is properly seated, locked and the niche
is completely sealed. Note: If the light does not turn smoothly, pull the light
slightly out and make sure that it's seated properly and the niche is free of
debris, then reinstall install the light.
Note: If the MagicFalls
niche it will leak water down into the electrical conduit. If the light is not
installed properly, it may cause a partial illumination of the waterfall.
12. Installation tool can also be adapted to a "pool pole" should you require extra
length for deeper in wall installations. Note: Installation tool can be secured
to a pool pole with a bolt and nut.
13. Install the supplied deck cover collar using PVC cement.
14. Apply a small bead of silicone adhesive to the top of the collar and silicone the
cover in place.
15. If you need to extend the height of the cover you may use a 3" PVC pipe to
adjust for height, fittings will fit a 3" pipe.
Note: With proper
light installation, the
light control board
MUST be parallel
with the waterfall as
shown below.
