AUTOMATIC OPERATION To Select AUTOMATIC Operation Press the START/STOP button. The air conditioner will start operation. Press the MASTER CONTROL button to select AUTO. AIR DIRECTION ADJUSTMENT Horizontal louvers For vertical air direction control, rotate the horizontal louvers upward, or downward. Horizontal louvers Right-Left Airflow-direction Louvers Control airflow in the horizontal (right-left) direction. Press the SUPER WAVE button. The LOUVERS move and blow air to the left and right. (Indicator Lamps) (To Stop SUPER WAVE) Press the SUPER WAVE botton.
TIMER OPERATION OFF TIMER (Stops the air conditioner operation at the set time) Press the START/STOP button (if the unit is already operating, proceed to step 2). The indoor unit’s green OPERATION lamp will light. Press OFF on the row under TIMER and hold until the desired time display.

OPERATION DETAILS Temperature and Humidity Range Permissible ranges of temperature and humidity are as follows: Cooling Outdoor temperature: Operation About 21 °C to 43 °C Indoor temperature: About 18 °C to 32 °C Indoor humidity: About 80 % or less. If the unit is used for long periods under conditions of high humidity, water may condense on and drip from the surface of the unit.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE CAUTION Never use water that is hotter than 40 °C. The body may warp or change colour. Do not use inflammable sprays such as lacquer or hair spray near the air conditioner. The unit can be damaged by gasoline, benzine, thinners, insecticides and other chemical agents. Cleaning the Air Filter If dirt is allowed to collect in the air filter, the airflow will be reduced, leading to reduced performance, and increased operating noise.

Cleaning the Indoor Unit Clean the indoor unit by wiping with a cloth dipped in cool or warm water, then wipe with another soft, clean, dry cloth. Before cleaning the unit, be sure to stop the unit and disconnect the power supply. 1.
