WARRANTY GUIDE

ONE YEAR WARRANTY STANLEY TOOLS
Except as specified below, Stanley Tools warrants this product to the original purchaser for the useful life of the product against
defects in material or workmanship. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not extend to products that have been improperly used,
altered, or repaired by any entity other that Stanley Tools.
Defective products will be replaced or repaired.
Limitations:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty:
• Does not extend to products that have been improperly used, altered, or repaired by any entity other than Stanley Tools.
• Does not cover damage due to normal wear.
• Does not extend to any claim of accidental injuries caused by wrong product usage.
• Stanley Tools makes no representations beyond those contained in this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• Employees and agents of Stanley Tools have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond those contained in
this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Claim procedure:
To use the warranty, the purchaser must have the purchase invoice and warranty form filled with requested information when applicable.
• Original invoice: Make sure that it is a valid document and was issued on the purchase date.
• The product must be used according to the Instruction Manual when applicable.
• Use the warranty claim when a product is determined to be deficient in materials or workmanship.
INTERPRETATION OF WARRANTY POLICY
Accidents
Tools damaged by being dropped, crushed by vehicles or other types of accidents, will not be considered in warranty.
Wrong Usage
The wrong usage of the tools is not covered by warranty. Examples of wrong usage are listed below:
• Blows, drops or external impacts.
• Ingress of foreign materials during operation (Example: Screws, metal parts, etc.).
• Lack of maintenance recommended in the instruction manual ( if applicable).
• Excess or fault of oil in pneumatic tools.
• Damage in the air connections due to transport over the hose in pneumatic tools.
• Using extensions that modify the lever arms.
• Using tools for inadequate works, example: Screwdrivers on screw heads not suitable for; etc.
• Use of non-original spare parts.
• Any modification made to the tool out of the original specification.
Use of improper accessories for the tool.
The use of improper accessories in our tools which can damage it will not be considered in warranty.
Parts worn out by normal use.
The parts worn out by normal use of the tool is not covered under warranty. Examples of these parts are: Seals
(o-ring), pistons, bearings, etc.
