Calibration Procedures
Recommended Test Equipment
The test equipment recommended for the performance verification and adjustment
procedures is listed below. If the exact instrument is not available, substitute calibration
standards of equivalent accuracy.
A suggested alternate method would be to use the Agilent 3458A 8½-digit Digital
Multimeter to measure less accurate yet stable sources. The output value measured from
the source can be entered into the instrument as the target calibration value.
