Instructions and the rectification of problems for your Bluetooth operation
Functions / Preliminary considerations
Coupling
■

The devices are "joined" together. Each one of the other devices is stored in a list.
–
Only coupled devices can be connected with each other to exchange data and to
play music.

The devices must be uncoupled to delete them from the list.
Connecting

After the connection, the devices exchange the music data for playing.
–
Only coupled devices can be connected with each other.
–
When devices are disconnected, they are not uncoupled automatically.
Direction of connection:

Depending on the direction in which the connection is to be made, first the direction of
■
the connection must be selected in the settings of the flush-mounted radio. This is done
by setting the Bluetooth mode on "Receiver" or "Station", see chapter 9.3.16 "Menu
"Bluetooth" - "Mode"" on page 68.

If the flush-mounted radio is connected with a Bluetooth loudspeaker, the connection
is made from the flush-mounted radio since the connection cannot be made from the
Bluetooth loudspeaker. In this case the Bluetooth mode of the flush-mounted radio
must be set on "Station", see chapter 9.3.16 "Menu "Bluetooth" - "Mode"" on page
68.

If the flush-mounted radio is connected with a smartphone, the connection is made
from the smartphone.
Where is the music to be heard.

Depending on whether the music is to be heard on the flush-mounted radio or the
■
connected multimedia device, first the Bluetooth mode of the flush-mounted radio must
be set on "Station" or on "Receiver", see chapter 9.3.16 "Menu "Bluetooth" - "Mode"" on
page 68.

If the music is to be played from a Bluetooth loudspeaker, the Bluetooth mode of the
flush-mounted radio must be set on "Station" in the settings, see chapter 9.3.16
"Menu "Bluetooth" - "Mode"" on page 68.

If the play list is to be played on the flush-mounted radio from a smartphone, the
Bluetooth mode of the flush-mounted radio must be set on "Receiver", see chapter
9.3.16 "Menu "Bluetooth" - "Mode"" on page 68.
