Problem

Solutions
Change the oil.
Use quality oil or solid fats. Do
not mix different types of oils
and/or solid fats.
Make sure the lid is properly
closed.
Check the oil level inside the
bowl.
Remove ice crystals/ dry the
food. Slowly lower the basket
into the oil.
Do not exceed the maximum
quantities : 1.2 kg of fresh fries
to fry in 2 stages or 900 g of
frozen fries.
Change the basket
Empty and clean the bowl. Fill it
with one type of oil.
Change the oil regularly (at least
every 8-12 uses, more often if
using sunflower oil). Use a high
quality of mixed vegetable oil.
Consult an approved
service center.
Adjust the temperature selector
to the right cooking temperature.
Do not cook quantities that
exceed those previously
indicated.
