Instructions for wheel loaders
Each country has its own regulations. No matter under which
working and local conditions you are working - private or pub-
lic safety regulations of the respective country and the liabil-
ity association must be strictly observed.
The wheel loader is in accordance with the construction and oper-
ating instructions of the motor vehicle construction and use regu-
lation.
Since being awarded with the "type approval" the machine may be
operated on public roads.
The wheel loader is a self-propelled working machine in accord-
ance with § 18, para. 2, No. 1 motor vehicle construction and use
regulation and does therefore not have to be registered- and is free
of tax.
The type approval must always be with the machine and it must be
presented to authorized persons on request.
The loader may only be operated on public roads with the
equipment specified in the type approval or in the exceptional
approval!
Regulations for wheel loaders of up to max.
20 km/h / 12 mph
– Acc. to § 18, para. 4 motor vehicle construction and use regu-
lation no official number plate is required.
– A driver's licence of class 5 or class L is required to drive the
wheel loader.
