VOICEMAIL INSTRUCTIONS
Standard – Basic Telephone
If a message has been left in your mailbox, the MESSAGE key will be flashing
red. Simply press that key and follow the prompts.

Option 1: to listen to messages
Option 2: to configure the mailbox
1 – To listen to new messages
When you press 1, the first message will be played as well as the date & time.
You can then select the following options:
Key 1: to listen to the message again
Key 2: to listen to the next message (if any)
Key #: to delete the message
Press Clear to come back to normal call handling. The MESSAGE key should
now be extinguished.
2 – To configure the mailbox
You can record 3 types of personal greetings. They are as follow:
BUSY: greeting played to callers when you are busy on the phone
NO REPLY: greeting played to callers when you are away from your desk
DIRECT DIVERSION: greeting played to callers when you divert all your
calls to your voicemail
NOTE: the timeout for divert on NO REPLY can be adjusted (number of rings).
