    Introduction Thank you for purchasing the Temperature/Humidity Indicator model SK-M460-TRH. 4 to 20 mA temperature/humidity transmitter model SK-RHC-V (0 to 1 VDC). Do not use this instrument for any other purposes. * Voltage output device and temperature/humidity transmitter model SK-RHC-V (0 to 1 VDC) are sold separately.

Overview This instrument is an indicator which displays the temperature and humidity by inputting an analog voltage (0 to 1V). This instrument can be connected to a direct voltage output device or our temperature/humidity transmitter Model SK-RHC-V (0 to 1V).

    How to Use ● Installation location Install the instrument indoors. It is available to mount it on a wall or a celling (option) Avoid following locations for installation: - Places with flammable gas, explosive gas and corrosive gas such as SO and H - Places where the ambient temperature go beyond 0 to 50℃...
  • Page 6 (3) Secure the four wall-mounting brackets to the wall by using eight screws (such as those for concrete, M3 - M6). - Screws (for concrete) are not included with the product. - The unit weighs about 3.5 kg. When installing the unit, select screws having appropriate strength. Front view - For the mounting dimensions, refer to the figure below.
  • Page 7 (2) Remove the four M3 screws from the back of the unit case. - Do not loosen or retighten the screws other than the four shown in the figure below. Back view (3) Align the screw holes on the hanging brackets with the screw holes on the unit, and then secure it with the M3 screws removed in step (2) above.
  • Page 8 Cautions - This model does not have Power ON/OFF switch. As soon as the unit is connected to a power source, it becomes active. - Connect to a power source only after completing the wiring. - Please be careful not to confuse the wiring. Incorrect wiring may result in instrument failure. - Do not wire the instrument in places with heavy humidity or water splash nor with wet hands.

  • Page 11 Alarm / Display sampling setting (optional) * Alarm function is an optional function. Please specify this at the time of purchase order. ⅠAlarm setting Setting the thresholds for alarm will enable the instrument to alert with a buzzer or rotating warning light when the displayed value is beyond either upper or lower limits.

The set value for the upper limit temperature alarm is stored in the unit's memory, and the unit returns to display the measured values. - The set value is not stored in the unit unless the SET key is pressed. - To change the upper limit value alarm again, slide the alarm switch No.
  • Page 14 2. Connecting the unit Check the descriptions on the terminal board, and install the wiring properly by referring to the figure below. For the configuration of the input terminals of temperature and humidity, refer to "Connection" - Do not remove the screws from both ends of the terminal. Do not loosen the screws.
