Troubleshooting
Register additional
user to control the
air conditioner.
The wireless signal
has been cut off or
interrupted.
Suspicious
unauthorised access
to the air conditioner
(remote controller).
Functions set on the
"Panasonic Comfort
Cloud" app are not
working.
Statistics data is not
displayed in the app.

z Download "Panasonic Comfort Cloud" app
and create new Panasonic ID.
Follow initial setting. Once the air
conditioner is registered, input the preset
device password (set by first user).
Approval from administrator (first user) is
required to complete the registration.
Select in the app.
Choose "Owner" and select "User List" to
approve additional user.
z It is possible that the network connection is
not stable.
→Refer to "Network status" (P.62) and check the
strength of the signal.
z Refer to "Initialization" (P.88) and
initialize.
To unregister the air conditioner unit from
"Panasonic Comfort Cloud" app, select
and choose "Device list" to delete
the set unit.
z Refer to "Connecting network" (P.63) to
connect the remote controller to the router.
If the remote controller is not connected
to the router, statistics data may be not
displayed in the app.
