Anomaly
No LED is glowed

Cause
The USB connector is not
plugged in or loosen
The cable is damaged
The USB port is not
sufficiently powered.
Invalid driver
COM port error
The M12 connector is
damaged
The connector is not
plugged in properly.
The device is damaged
and cannot be used.

Solution
Check the USB
connection and plug it in
properly.
Replace the USB cable.
Reinsert the USB or
change the computer.
Install the USB driver.
Check and select the
correct COM port in
Device Manager.
Check and repair the
cable and the connector.
Check the connectors on
both sides and plug them
in properly.
