Oticon Amigo R5 bodyworn with Cochlear Freedom You will need: • An Oticon Amigo R5 bodyworn receiver • A radio aid lead complete with filter (part number DCFM15E – available from Connevans, 600 or 900mm long). Do not use an accessory adaptor cable even if it fits.

To re-engage FM, press both buttons repeatedly until ‘EA’ flashes on the screen and the ‘M’ remains there. 7. It is good practice to set the Tx vol on the Amigo R5 receiver at minimum initially and then adjust it upwards until an appropriate listening level is reached.

Batteries Check the battery symbols. If it is losing charge quicker than expected, it may be a faulty battery so you need to check the batteries for damage, try replacing them or recharge them where appropriate. On the transmitter Is there an aerial? An aerial is incorporated into the lead of the lapel microphone so, if this is in use, you don’t need to use another one.
