Initial start−up, inspection and maintenance

Clean the gas outlet holes in the sensor plate

(cont.)

(if necessary)

1. Pull the leads off electrodes H

and G.

2. Release electrode retainers K and

A and remove the ignition and

ionisation electrodes.

3. Remove the nut from earth

electrode F and unscrew the

electrode.

4. Unscrew the Allen screws from

sensor plate E.

5. Remove and clean sensor

plate E, spring washer D and

end plate C from the mixer

assembly B.

6. Assemble in reverse order.

Note

Ensure the correct orientation of the

gas outlet holes in the end plate (see

page 21).
