    Cooling Fan Installation Installing the Cooling Fan The CSE-M14TQC mobile rack includes a cooling fan. When using the CSE- M14TQC without installing the mobile rack in a larger unit such as a chassis, a cooling fan must be installed on the mobile rack unit.
