Do not run the machine with the post cap 1 open.
Danger of injury from rotating hook!
Switch off the machine!
Danger of injury due to uninten-
tional starting of the machine!

Set take-up lever at its top position.
●
Open the post cap
1, lift latch 2 and take
out the bobbin. Place the fi lled bobbin
into the hook so that the bobbin turns as
shown by the arrow when the thread is
pulled.
●
Close latch
2 again.
●
Pull the thread through slot
stop 4 and into hole 5. Close the post
cap again.
●
Regulate the bobbin-thread tension by
turning screw 6.
